QUICK TIP:
Give more information ― not less ― on the SSA-3369.
Some sections of the Work History Report specifically ask for more information. Be sure to give it, even though it is time-consuming. Be sure to elaborate, for example, when it asks you to “describe this job.” Say what you did all day and, if you need more space, don’t hesitate to write in the “Remarks” section. Social Security needs a complete picture of your limitations and why you can no longer work.
